Rashmi Patel, MBA, MHSM, is an entrepreneur, healthcare strategist, and wellness advocate whose career has been shaped by a passion for building spaces where health, confidence, and human connection thrive. As MedSpa Director and Practice Manager, she plays a key role in shaping the patient experience and operational excellence behind Aesthetics MD’s mission of integrating wellness, aesthetics, and longevity.

Her professional journey began in healthcare administration with Texas Children’s Hospital, where she worked in revenue management and gained a deep understanding of the operational and financial systems that sustain world-class patient care. She later transitioned into the private sector within cardiology, further expanding her expertise in healthcare operations and patient-centered practice management.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for the wellness space, Rashmi went on to build and operate a successful juice bar focused on health and vitality, bringing her vision for accessible wellness to her community. Her path then led her into the independent pharmacy world, where she continued to champion personalized care and innovative health solutions.

Each chapter of her career has been guided by a belief that healthcare should be both human-centered and empowering—a philosophy that ultimately led her to what she considers a dream project alongside a dream partner, helping build a practice dedicated to beauty, vitality, and whole-person wellness.

Rashmi holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Health Systems Management (MHSM) from Rice University, where she developed the strategic leadership skills that continue to guide her work today. She remains deeply committed to ongoing learning and stays closely connected to emerging trends and innovations within aesthetic medicine and wellness.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rashmi is deeply rooted in her personal values of energy alignment, empowerment, and lifting others up. She believes that when people feel supported, seen, and aligned with their purpose, they can thrive in every aspect of life.

Her greatest joy is being a mother to her two remarkable boys—one whom she lovingly describes as having the superpower of autism, bringing a unique brilliance and perspective to the world, and the other with the superpower of endless empathy, reminding everyone around him what kindness truly looks like. She is also a proud mom to her beloved furry baby.

Outside of work, Rashmi finds inspiration in experiencing the richness of different cultures through great food, traveling, and seeing the magic of the world through her children’s eyes. Whether exploring new places, learning about the evolving world of aesthetics, or empowering others, she brings curiosity, gratitude, and intention into everything she does.
